Does InstaJane charge delivery fee?At InstaJane, we do not charge a delivery fee. However, the minimum order value is $40.

Where does InstaJane deliver?We deliver to parts of San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Palmdale/Lancaster. Enter your zip code on the homepage to check if we deliver to you.

What is required to make a purchase?Any valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+. We accept out of state IDs and passports. If you are 18+, a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid medical recommendation are required.

How long does it take to get my order?We are committed to providing the fastest delivery possible. We aim to deliver your products in less than 60 minutes. Orders received between 3:00 - 5:00 pm may be delayed.

How do I schedule a delivery?Deliveries may be scheduled for same day or next day. Orders must be received before 3:00 pm for same day delivery. Simply pick the desired time slot during checkout.

What is the legal limit I can purchase in one day?1 ounce of flower. 8 grams of concentrates, including cartridges and edibles.

I received a defective product, can I get a refund?All non-damaged cannabis product sales are final. We do not exchange products when customers do not like the look, feel, taste, smell or any other characteristic of the product. We do not offer refunds. We only exchange hardware products such as vapes, pods, or batteries if they are defective. We do not exchange flowers, pre rolls, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Defective products must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase.
